La rénovation d'un appartement de 50m2 pour l'arrivée d'un enfant
Les propriétaires de cet appartement étaient seulement deux lorsqu'ils l'ont acheté. Il correspondait exactement à leurs besoins en termes d'organisation et d'emplacement. Mais lorsqu'ils ont accueilli leur premier enfant, une petite fille nommée Anita, le bureau où ils travaillaient a été transformé en chambre d'enfant, et il leur a fallu réorganiser les espaces pour avoir un lieu où stocker leurs dossiers et poser leur ordinateur. C'est donc un projet de rénovation d'un appartement de 50m2 qui a été confié aux architectes Maru Bardó et Inés Coviello, partenaires du studio Cántaro-Bardó.
Avec une aussi petite surface pour trois, il fallait trouver des solutions pour optimiser les espaces. Anita peut désormais jouer dans le même espace que ses parents grâce à un module qui s'ouvre et devient un mini-atelier, un autre abrite une petite cuisine. Une fois fermé, tout disparait, et la pièce redevient celle des adultes. Le placard de la chambre a été déplacé, et un bureau a été conçu pour les parents. There were only two owners of this flat when they bought it. It was exactly what they needed in terms of organisation and location. But when they welcomed their first child, a little girl called Anita, the office where they were working was turned into a child's bedroom, and they needed to reorganise the space so they had somewhere to store their files and put their computer. The architects Maru Bardó and Inés Coviello, partners in the Cántaro-Bardó studio, were entrusted with the renovation of a 50m2 flat.
With such a small surface area for three people, solutions had to be found to optimise the use of space. Anita can now play in the same space as her parents, thanks to a module that opens out to become a mini-workshop, another houses a small kitchen. Once closed, everything disappears, and the room reverts to adult use. The bedroom cupboard has been moved, and a desk has been designed for the parents.
