Un appartement design et minimaliste de 50m2 à Barcelone
Pourquoi l'architecte Susanna Cots a-t-elle baptisé cette rénovation à Barcelone dans le quartier de Gracia du nom de Capsula? Lors de l'établissement du projet, elle avait une double mission : gagner de l'espace mais aussi de la lumière pour augmenter le confort des lieux. Pour réaliser cet appartement design et minimaliste de 50m2, elle a donc conçu des solutions intelligentes. Un volume central (la capsule) a été créé et sert de séparateur entre l'espace de vie et la chambre à coucher.
Une table pour 4 à 5 personnes apparaît et disparaît et cette installation abrite également une lumière pour mettre en valeur l'espace fixe éphémère lorsqu'il est utilisé. Bien qu'il s'agisse ici d'un intérieur épuré aussi bien pour le choix des couleurs où le blanc prédomine, que pour celui du mobilier, il présente toutefois des murs irréguliers de briques apparentes qui ont été récupérés pour lui conserver une partie de son caractère ancien et authentique. Why did architect Susanna Cots name this renovation in Barcelona's Gracia district after Capsula? When she drew up the project, she had a twofold mission: to gain space but also light to increase the comfort of the premises. To create this minimalist 50m2 design flat, she came up with intelligent solutions. A central volume (the capsule) was created to act as a divider between the living space and the bedroom.
A table for 4 or 5 people appears and disappears, and this installation also houses a light to highlight the ephemeral fixed space when in use. Although this is a pared-down interior, both in terms of the choice of colours, in which white predominates, and the choice of furniture, it nevertheless features irregular walls of exposed brick that have been reclaimed to retain some of its old, authentic character.
