Les grands-parents de Luana, une jeune designer d'intérieur chez Aedificare, ont été surpris qu'elle veuille vivre dans la maison familiale ancienne en très mauvais état, construite par son arrière-arrière-grand-père il y a près de 200 ans. Après avoir cherché un appartement à Santander, elle s'est décidée à entreprendre ce chantier, et a réussi à rendre cette maison fraiche et accueillante, et encore pleine du charme des volumes anciens. Les 70 m2 sont désormais répartis entre un salon ouvert, une salle de bain et une chambre à coucher, qui dispose d'un dressing. Photo : David Montero

This old house of 70m2 has been renovated by a young interior designer for herself.
Luana's grandparents, a young interior designer at Aedificare, were surprised that she wanted to live in the old family home in very poor condition, built by her great-great-grandfather almost 200 years ago. After looking for an apartment in Santander, she decided to undertake this project, and managed to make this house fresh and welcoming, and still full of the charm of the old volumes.
