Contemporary renovation of a flat in Barcelona
Before its renovation this flat built more than 100 years ago was in a deplorable state. Its location in the centre of Barcelona and its 400 sq m has seduced its new owner, Yessica Delgado Fritz, who has kept 150 sq m for her own use, and has created in the rest of the area a small charming hotel called The 5 Rooms. The floor has been covered with oiled oak parquet and the walls painted in pure white or black for contrast. The old-contemporary mix is a complete success, between the furniture inherited from the family and the design elements.
