Le patio avec piscine intime de cet ancien bâtiment industriel transformé en hôtel boutique nous invite à découvrir ce lieu design
Situé dans une ancienne usine de savon du XVIe siècle à Palma de Majorque, nous découvrons ce joli patio avec piscine intime, derrière les murs de la vieille maison. Le Concepció by Nobis est un hôtel boutique conçu par le bureau suédois Wingårdhs et le studio d'architecture local Jordi Herrero Arquitectos. Le vert est le fil conducteur de la décoration, et on le retrouve durant toute la découverte.
Wingårdhs et Nobis ont conservé ce qui devait l'être afin de conserver l'essence du bâtiment, et décoré l'intérieur en design scandinave mélangé au style méditerranéen. Les structures d'origine, les murs en grès, les voûtes, et les poutres ont été restaurés, et le patio avec piscine offre une sortie agréable sur l'extérieur. Les designers suédois ont créé le carrelage original vert, fabriqués localement artisanalement. On le retrouve dans toutes les pièces, que ce soit dans les chambres ou dans les espaces communs. Located in a former 16th century soap factory in Palma de Mallorca, we discover this lovely patio with intimate pool behind the walls of the old house. The Concepció by Nobis is a boutique hotel designed by Swedish firm Wingårdhs and local architecture studio Jordi Herrero Arquitectos. Green is the main theme of the decoration, and it is present throughout the entire discovery.
Wingårdhs and Nobis have preserved what had to be preserved in order to keep the essence of the building, and decorated the interior in Scandinavian design mixed with Mediterranean style. The original structures, sandstone walls, vaults, and beams have been restored, and the patio with pool offers a pleasant exit to the outside.
