Cet appartement neuf conçu comme un loft est situé dans un immeuble de grande hauteur à Moscou. C'est la la designer Anastasiya Ufimtseva, en collaboration avec la styliste Julia Chebotar, qui a été chargée de son aménagement et de sa décoration par les propriétaires qui souhaitaient une atmosphère sombre et industrielle. Dans ce lieu nouvellement construit des choix forts ont été effectués pour lui donner une histoire.
Un habillage de briques anciennes a été installé sur un mur, pour apporter de la chaleur et contrebalancer le noir de l'acier et du mobilier. Les autres murs ont reçu une finition imitant le béton, et le sol a été habillé avec un parquet sombre excepté dans la cuisine où l'on trouve un carrelage gris. Le bois du mobilier dans le bureau et l'entrée contraste avec l'aspect presque froid du reste de la décoration, et est un élément indispensable pour ne tomber dans le morbide. Cette décoration ne plaira pas à tout le monde, mais elle est très réussie et pleine de personnalité, et ses propriétaires en sont totalement satisfaits car avec son professionnalisme, la designer a réalisé pour eux un parfait appartement neuf conçu comme un loft. This new flat, designed as a loft, is located in a high-rise building in Moscow. Designer Anastasiya Ufimtseva, in collaboration with stylist Julia Chebotar, was commissioned to design and decorate it by the owners who wanted a dark, industrial atmosphere. In this newly built place strong choices were made to give it a history.
Antique brickwork was installed on one wall, to bring warmth and counterbalance the black of the steel and furniture. The other walls were finished with a concrete-like finish, and the floor was covered with a dark parquet floor except in the kitchen where there are grey tiles. The wood furniture in the office and entrance contrasts with the almost cold look of the rest of the decoration, and is an essential element to avoid becoming morbid. This decoration will not please everyone, but it is very successful and full of personality, and its owners are totally satisfied because with her professionalism, the designer has made a perfect new flat for them.
