Cette maison rénovée des années 1960 est celle d'une artiste en Argentine dont la décoration alterne entre les tons sobres et les couleurs vives. María Sivak - artiste visuelle et créatrice de Raw Murales - vit ici avec son mari, Julián, leurs trois filles et leurs deux chiens. Ils ont acheté la maison en 2018 et ont confié les premiers travaux à cette époque à l'architecte Daniel Ferrari, de l'agence Estudio Ferrari Arquitectura, afin de correspondre à leurs besoins de famille de cinq personnes.
Les pièces communes sont largement ouvertes, les coloris sobres. Les chambres et les salles de bain de cette maison rénovée des années 1960 sont beaucoup plus colorées, une volonté de l'artiste propriétaire. Afin d'apporter un supplément de verdure dans cette maison en complément des deux jardins, de nombreuses plantes vertes ont été placées dans les pièces. La maison possède également deux bureaux, indispensables pour le travail de ses propriétaires, dont l'un est un véritable atelier où María crée ses œuvres au quotidien. Photo : Daniel Karp

María Sivak - visual artist and creator of Raw Murales - lives here with her husband, Julián, their three daughters and two dogs. They bought the house in 2018 and commissioned the architect Daniel Ferrari, from Estudio Ferrari Arquitectura, to carry out the initial work to suit their needs as a family of five.
The common areas are wide open, and the colours sober. The bedrooms and bathrooms in this renovated 1960s house are much more colourful, a wish of the artist owner. To bring extra greenery into the house, in addition to the two gardens, a number of green plants have been placed in the rooms.
