Intégrer deux chambres, un couchage supplémentaire, et un sauna dans un petit appartement familial de 51m2 seulement est un tour de force. C'est ce qui a été réalisé ici à Helsinki en Finlande dans ce petit trois-pièces au look scandinave vintage. Pour cela le plan, tout en longueur a été habilement exploité. A l'extrémité se trouve la cuisine, qui sert également de salle à manger, l'entrée est la pièce dédiée aux rangements en chêne sur mesure, nombreux pour les vêtements et objets, et dessert le salon avec un poêle ancien en marbre.

Dans cette grande pièce, on a créé deux chambres grâce à l'installation de portes verrières. Celle des parents ne comporte qu'un grand lit, celle dédié à l'enfant de la famille, est une pièce aveugle, mais largement éclairée par une imposte vitrée qui donne sur la chambre principale, et sa porte vitrée aux montants d'acier. Avec sa hauteur de 3,10m sous le plafond, cet appartement ne semble pas si petit que ça, car sa surface est parfaitement exploitée. Ajoutons dans la salle de bain d'un sauna, dans l'entrée un couchage supplémentaire pour les amis de passage, et vous avez ici, un appartement de 51m2 aux surfaces exploitées parfaitement jusqu'au moindre recoin !

A small family apartment of only 51m2 with a Scandinavian look.

Fitting two bedrooms, an additional sleeping area, and a sauna into a small 51m2 apartment is quite a feat. That's exactly what has been achieved here in Helsinki, Finland, with this charming Scandinavian vintage three-room apartment. To make it happen, the long layout of the apartment was cleverly utilized. At one end, you'll find the kitchen, which also serves as the dining area, while the entrance features custom oak storage units for clothes and belongings and leads to the living room with an old marble stove.

Within this spacious room, two bedrooms were created by installing glass doors. The parents' bedroom has only a large bed, while the child's room is windowless but generously illuminated by a glass transom that opens to the main bedroom, along with its glass door with steel frames. With a ceiling height of 3.10 meters, this apartment doesn't feel as small as it might seem, as its space is perfectly utilized. Let's not forget the addition of a sauna in the bathroom and an extra sleeping area for visiting friends in the entrance. This results in a 51m2 apartment that makes the most of every nook and cranny!
