C'est à Hong Kong que le studio d'architecture intérieure Craft of Both a réalisé l'aménagement et la décoration de ce deux-pièces de 27m2 à la décoration beige lumineuse. C'est une oasis urbaine que nous découvrons ici, un appartement optimisé où les courbes apportent beaucoup de douceur. Les portes ont été supprimées le plus souvent possible, ou remplacées par des portes coulissantes escamotables afin de fluidifier la circulation entre les espaces, tout en pouvant privilégier des zones bien définies selon les moments de la journée.
La cuisine n'est pas vraiment ouverte, mais pas vraiment fermée non plus, et de chaque coin du salon, le regard peut aller jusqu'au fond de l'appartement, afin d'augmenter la sensation d'espace. Doors have been eliminated as much as possible, or replaced by retractable sliding doors to facilitate movement between the spaces, while still being able to prioritise well-defined zones according to the time of day.
The kitchen isn't really open, but it's not really closed either, and from each corner of the living room, you can look all the way to the back of the flat, to increase the feeling of space.
