Un petit appartement de 45m2 rénové près de Paris
C'est Mon Concept Habitation qui a été chargé de la rénovation d'un petit appartement de 45m2 au potentiel certain mais inexploité. Situé dans la banlieue qui jouxte la capitale, à Boulogne, cet appartement présentait un défaut majeur avant les travaux, un grand couloir qui occupait de nombreux mètres carrés. En le faisant tomber, il a été possible d'agrandir le salon, d'y intégrer une cuisine ouverte et de donner une belle impression d'espace.
Dans la chambre de ce petit appartement de 45m2, la démarche a été similaire. Faire tomber un mur pour intégrer la salle de bain à la chambre et l'éclairer de la lumière du jour grâce à une jolie verrière blanche posée sur un muret. On bénéficie ainsi de l'effet verrière mais la salle de bain est plus intime qu'avec une installation du sol au plafond. Si la décoration de l'appartement est faite de couleurs sobres et naturelles, celle de la chambre avec son terracotta en tête de lit, est une véritable surprise qui donne beaucoup de personnalité à cette pièce, et qui ne saurait lasser dans l'avenir.
Mon Concept Habitation was commissioned to renovate a small 45m2 flat with undoubted but untapped potential. Located in Boulogne, a suburb of Paris, the flat had one major defect before the work was carried out: a large corridor that took up a lot of square metres. By removing it, it was possible to enlarge the living room, integrate an open-plan kitchen and create a beautiful impression of space.
In the bedroom of this small 45m2 flat, the approach was similar. A wall was knocked down to integrate the bathroom into the bedroom, and the room was bathed in natural light thanks to an attractive white glazed partition set on a low wall. You get the benefit of the glass effect, but the bathroom is more intimate than with a floor-to-ceiling installation. While the flat is decorated in sober, natural colours, the bedroom, with its terracotta at the head of the bed, is a real surprise that gives this room a lot of personality, and is sure to appeal in the future.
