Découverte de la transformation d'un studio de 41m2 optimisé, grâce à des pavés de verre avec la création d'une cuisine en alcôve
Situé au 17e étage d'un immeuble moderne, ce petit appartement démontre que la transformation d'un studio de 41m2 comme celui-ci, peut être l'occasion de créer un deux-pièces très fonctionnel. Le propriétaire voulait obtenir une véritable cuisine, une chambre intime et un salon, sans perdre lumière ni perspectives. Pour orchestrer cette transformation, il a confié le projet au Studio Dvekati. Initialement la surface était totalement ouverte, et la première décision a été de créer une cuisine logée en alcôve. Une chambre fermée a été créée et un mur de pavés de verre installé entre les deux pièces préserve l’éclairage naturel.
La confiance a guidé le chantier, le client validant les plans dans un dialogue constant. Côté architecture intérieure, peu de cloisons fixes, hormis celle de la salle de bain. Une bibliothèque meuble sépare séjour et chambre, intégrant un pylône en béton laissé brut. Les surfaces mêlent enduit rugueux peint et liège naturel, omniprésent sur les murs, le mobilier et la salle d’eau. Cette couleur liège est mixée avec le bleu et l'ensemble est à la fois contemporain et chaleureux. Located on the 17th floor of a modern building, this small flat demonstrates that the transformation of a 41m2 studio like this one can be an opportunity to create a highly functional one-bedroom flat. The owner wanted to have a proper kitchen, an intimate bedroom and a living room, without losing any light or views. To orchestrate this transformation, he entrusted the project to Studio Dvekati. Initially, the space was completely open, and the first decision was to create a kitchen housed in an alcove. A closed bedroom was created and a wall of glass bricks was installed between the two rooms to preserve natural lighting.
Trust guided the project, with the client approving the plans in constant dialogue. In terms of interior architecture, there are few fixed partitions, except for the bathroom. A bookcase separates the living room and bedroom, incorporating a concrete pylon left in its raw state. The surfaces combine rough painted plaster and natural cork, which is omnipresent on the walls, furniture and bathroom. This cork colour is mixed with blue, creating a contemporary yet warm atmosphere.
