La rénovation partielle d'un appartement à Paris pour créer une chambre
Dans ce deux-pièces parisien, il fallait trouver la place pour une chambre supplémentaire, un bébé arrivant bientôt. Les clients de Charlotte Gille créatrice de Happy Pog, lui ont donc confié ce projet ambitieux dans une aussi petite surface. La designer a proposé de réduire le salon et d'ouvrir la cuisine sur celui-ci afin de sauvegarder une impression de volume agréable, pour cette rénovation partielle.
Les clients ont choisi de conserver leur mobilier, le projet a donc consisté entre la redistribution des volumes, et sur l'harmonie avec de nouvelles couleurs et de la décoration autour de ces éléments existants. Afin d'optimiser les rangements, indispensables dans une petite surface, une grande bibliothèque sur mesure a été créée dans le salon. Dans la salle de bain au carrelage blanc, la chaleur a été apportée par le nouveau meuble vasque avec des façades Plum Living ainsi que par le mur de gauche peint en terracotta. This one-bedroom apartment in Paris needed space for an extra bedroom, as a baby was due to arrive soon. The clients of Charlotte Gille, creator of Happy Pog, entrusted her with this ambitious project in such a small space. The designer suggested reducing the size of the living room and opening up the kitchen to it, in order to preserve a pleasant impression of volume for this partial renovation.
The clients chose to keep their furniture, so the project consisted of redistributing the volumes and harmonising new colours and decor around the existing elements. To maximise storage space, which is essential in such a small space, a large custom-made bookcase was created in the living room. In the bathroom, with its white tiling, warmth was added by the new vanity unit with Plum Living fronts and the left-hand wall painted in terracotta.
